Milberg Consulting's ERISA Expertise services offers five levels of subscriber services.  For paid subscription services, advisor/subscribers receive a $50 credit towards the subsequent year's annual subscription fee for each referred client that engages Milberg Consulting as their TPA.

Level 1 Subscriber  This service is free to registered users; it provides:

• Time-sensitive retirement plan related updates and information via E-mail

• Time-sensitive retirement plan related updates and information via E-mail

• Access to links within the updates and information to prior related articles, additional information or official IRS/DOL publications (e.g., regulations, notices, announcements, etc.)

• Access to an archive of Retirement Plan Updates

• Access to an archive of Retirement Plan Information

• Access to an archive of IRS/DOL Official Resource Information relating to qualified retirement plans

• Access to an archive of Case Studies based on various small business owner profiles

Level 3 Subscriber (available October 1, 2004)  This service is $300/year to registered users who have completed the "4 Steps to Success" training (first year included with training); it provides access to:

• All Level 2 Subscriber services

• 20% client fee reduction or equivalent compensation payable to the advisor/subscriber

(if applicable, subject to broker/dealer approval ).

• 1 hour of coaching or client consultation

• Marketing and Sales Tools that include new business marketing initiatives, and seminars to target affinity groups and centers of influence

• Execution Services that include web-based questionnaires to request Plan Studies for prospects and establish plans for new clients; web-based compliance, administration and record keeping services for subscriber client plans

• Plan Sponsor/Trustee and Participant Services for subscriber client plans that include web-based access to plan information, transaction services (e.g., loans, distributions, investment selection), and retirement plan updates and information

• Fiduciary Tools and Information  Information to assist your client plan sponsors and trustees

• Ask the ERISA Experts  Ask a specific question or ascertain where you can access information on a specific subject

• Training and Seminars  Available Training Programs and Seminars

Level 4 Subscriber (available January 1, 2004)  This service is $1,000/year for up to 5 registered users from a common firm who have completed the "4 Steps to Success" training (first year credit available based on number of trained subscribers); it provides:

• All Level 3 Subscriber services (except coaching and consultation)

• 4 hours of coaching or client consultation

Level 5 Subscriber (available January 1, 2004)  This service includes all level 3 Subscriber services (except coaching and consultation).  Negotiated price based on desired services and number of trained registered users from a common firm.
